Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

AproxPay exists so AI agents can access the public web reliably. It is not a tool for causing harm. Using the service for any of the following is prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund:

  • Any activity that is illegal in your or our jurisdiction;
  • Accessing, distributing, or storing child sexual abuse material;
  • Fraud, phishing, credential stuffing, account takeover, or payment fraud;
  • Denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, or exploitation of third -party systems;
  • Distribution of malware or command-and-control traffic;
  • Harassment, stalking, or violating others' privacy;
  • Circumventing sanctions or exporting to restricted parties — traffic is screened against OFAC requirements.

We enforce this policy with automated blocklists, geo/OFAC screening, and traffic analysis. Certain destination categories (e.g. banking login portals, government systems) are blocked by default.
