Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

These terms govern your use of the AproxPay API and website. By sending a request to the API — including making an x402 payment — you agree to them.

The service

AproxPay provides residential proxy access billed per use via the x402 protocol (USDC on Base). Every payment carries an explicit byte cap and, for sessions, a time limit; both are stated before you pay. Requests that fail with a server-side error are not charged.

Payments

Payments are non-custodial and settle on-chain directly from your wallet. They are final once settled; unused session time or traffic is not refunded. Prices may change at any time — the authoritative price is always the one in the 402 response you accept.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the traffic you send through the service and must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws. We may block traffic, refuse service, or terminate sessions that violate the AUP, without refund.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific request or session giving rise to that claim.
